From the moment we were met at the gate to monemvasia, our experience at the Moni Emvasis suites was a little slice of heaven on earth. The rooms are immaculate and luxurious, the balconies and view are beyond description. It's position on the Aegean enables you to enjoy the city of monemvasia, views and a swim in the Aegean and... Well located, not far from fortress entrance gate. We stayed two nights in the Deluxe Suite which was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed, but any of the three suites would be great. All three suites have private balconies with a view overlooking town rooftops and sea. There is a very nice restaurant onsite with beautiful views from the... More

This is a tiny (three-room), well-located and lovely hotel with equally lovely service. Nektaria, the owner and manager, is on-site fourteen hours a day, seven days a week, to make sure your every need is attended to. She also manages the on-site gourmet restaurant. The standard she sets with this hotel was unmatched on our three-week trip to the Peloponnese.

A unique place to be and enjoy your partner as well as the castle of Monemvasia. Nectaria, the housekeeper, is very hospitable and professional. You can enjoy great dinner here with high quality ingredients and great taste. This is the place to be Monemvasia

We visited this wonderful place last weekend and unfortunately stayed only for one night. We would have liked to stay more. Amazing views, fantastic room, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, wonderful people making you feel at home, great breakfast. exceptional wi-fi. And all that inside the walls of this unique place, Monemvasia, the "ship of stone" as our great poet Giannis... More

There is no other such place inside the castle. Nektaria, the owner, has her personal touch shown on every single detail of this old settlent, that had been renovated on a respectful to the pat but also luxurious way. It's an experience by itself!!! The rooms sell, clean and new, the bathroom is a treat, the bed amazing and the... More

We spent one night at this great little fortress city, our mini suit was designed and decorated to perfection, all details were thought about and you can tell the people who care run the place. The room overlooks the roof tops of the city and the sea, amazing views!

Amazing luxury room (bed, decoration, super bathroom/spa shower etc), stunning views of the castle and the sea, delicious home made breakfast and very important, book definition of what is called Greek hospitality by owner mrs. Nektaria. As we have a passion for luxury accommodation, this hotel meets all expectations located in a breath-taking magical castle town of Monevasia....also to add,... More

Breathtaking views from the balcony were the first thing that grabbed our attention. The suite was just beautiful and the shower was a joy. It took us a bit to figure out the complex of lighting and air conditioning controls, but we soon mastered them. Showering was also an adventure between the jets, rain, and lighting controls. Staff were courteous... More
