We stayed here for one night, the first night of our trip in Poland and it was immediately a good begin of our holiday thanks to this hotel. The building is very beautiful, located in nice park with cute walkways, a lot of flowers, trees and a fountain. It's right next to the mine. Maybe because of this, but the hotel... More

Great hotel in a great location to see the salt mines in Wieliczka, Poland. Can get a seniors package which includes 2 nights accommodation, a dinner, 2 breakfasts and a half hour massage. Salt mine tour was really good although a bit fast. Could stay here and catch a train to Krakow for the day. Nothing else to do in... More

Hotel is very modern and very Clean. Staff are superb, friendly and extremely helpful. Restaurant was perfect and it's staff great as well. Tour of the salt mines was a little rushed, but understandable considering it was a holiday, but still an experience. Made the trip from Canada worth it. Thank you.

Well I can´t review the hotel but I want to review the restaurant inside which prepares great meals. We had a lunch there before our visit of Salt Mine and we were very satisfied. I had a chicken with rice and the meal was brilliant. The service was very good we got the present of the restaurant as well. Don´t... More

I really enjoyed staying at Grand Sal Hotel. It's very cosy historic building with small but very comfortable and tidy rooms. The receptionists are very friendly and polite, they helped out us to find out all info we wanted. You also have free WiFi and can play pool or enjoy sauna. There were not so many visitors so we were... More

It is a small hotel, by hotel standards, but you wouldn't know it. An excellent restaurant, nice comfortable lobby, spa and beautiful rooms. After a long day on the road we used the spa and it was wonderful! At night, my cousin and I went in to the bar for a good night Sherry. The bar tender (who was also... More

This is a lovely hotel in Wieliczka. Convenient to the salt mine and the town but located at the edge of a lovely park so the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. My room was very large, clean and well-appointed with a very nice bathroom. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - very kind. The breakfast and dinners... More

We stayed here for one night on a business trip and chose Wieliczka because we had a meeting there the next morning. The hotel was also cheaper than many in Krakow. Unfortunately, we arrived after midnight and so didn't have the opportunity to make the most of this really nice hotel. I would like to have stayed a little longer.... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute. I had requested, online, a room close to a lift or ground floor. When we got there the room was the first one in the hallway from reception which they said was as per my request. That already impressed me because people often miss that. The staff was so friendly and stressed... More
