The hotel is very centrally located, with the entire town just a few minutes away. The rooms are very cozy. Special mention of the service and staff. They are very very courteous, polite and eager to give excellent service. Very nice food.

Hotel is in just few steps from water park and 100 m from main street with fountain. Service was fine, but not excellent, lady in reception quite rude. Booked triple room, but got double room with extra bed (bed was was broken and they told that triple room was occupied).

Overall the Regina hotel was okay for our one night stay. Our room was nice enough, but the gap between the single pushed together beds became rather annoying when sleeping. It was also not very warm and we couldn't turn the heater up. Our dinner meal was a bit of a joke. We got wine and salad to start which... More

The hotel looks very nice outside and in the lobby. Though, it has some problems when you check in: the isolation is pure and one can hear everybody in the corridor and the rooms around, the stuff in the restaurant is not friendly and it is scarely to ask for something, the selection of breakfast is rather good but it... Coming from Grutas Park I booked an overnight stay in this modern-style hotel. It caters mostly to Russian an Belarusian guests but I had no problem communicating in English. My single room was fresh and clean although not exceptionnally large. The balcony was shared with the adjoining rooms. Unfortunately it had no chairs or tables. The bathroom, although adequate, could... More

I liked this hotel as soon as I entered the hall with its beautiful fireplace and wooden ceiling beams. The rooms are usual, corresponding to a 3 stars hotel. All common areas – corridors, bars and restaurant – are very atmospheric with interesting paintings and furniture. I was there in March and it was a little bit cold in the... More

Hotel situated very close to main tourist places, so can reach all of them by foot. Hotel seems to be renovated some time ago, cozy and nice. In the room you get everytihing you can expect from a 3 star hotel. But I didn't like cold bathroom floor and cold bedroom, also sound isolation wasn't perfect. I was expecting buffet... More

Stayed here for two nights and found the hotel to be of a good standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However the breakfast was not that great - there was little choice with no cereals at all. The first morning there was no choice and we were presented with a plate of cold meats and cheese, yoghurt, followed... More

Just returned from our 3rd stay here. Great location: near to a few good spas Very friendly staff. The rooms are adequate although can be a little cold. Situated within 100m of the new 'aqua park' which is great for adults and children alike. The only draw back- like most restaurants in Lithuania- is the vegetarian option. These are really... More
