Staff in reception is very slow and are not very interested to help guests. Spa /wellness is small, swimmingpool is tiny and water contains very high % of chlor solution. It was terrible even to stay in swimmingpool while child was swimming. Rooms are furnished like in 3* hotels. Breakfasts are ok.

staff great /young but very helpfull/. condition of the hotel is due to mass russian tourism very questionable. my biggest concern are the russians as they do have very unusual habits, idiotical behaviour and a funny overexcellerated selfawearness. but the good new is -probably they left alps go now o I can come back to austria after years!!!!!!
