It s not one of the best but it s good for the position and for the price. Bed is ok even if I ve found dirty blankets too short for that bed. Floor is a bit noisy and wall too thin...you can hear everything from other rooms. Good for young travellers without much money!

Only one thing can be said: the price is resonable. BUT: it's dirty (especially bathrooms, with stinky rubbish bins full of dirty toilet paper), it's located near VERY noisy street (so you can't open the window) in old building with high humidity and stinky air. Also they didn't clean the room or changed the bin for the 3,5 days of... More

This hostel is located in living building. It is not very far from city center but I didn't like surrounding area. It is the cleanest and quiet hostel I've ever stayed. Rooms are small and simple but there is not a problem at all. Shared facilities are extremely clean. Seriously, I have no claims against Best Hostel but next time... More

First of all, Riga is a fantastic city, full of history and frankly worth a visit, especially in May when the terraces open and everybody drops their winther clothes. As for the accomodation, I would not particularly recommend the Best Hostel Riga. The entrance is located on A. Caka street, which is rather noisy. If you have a room looking... More
