We arrived after about a 20-minute drive from the airport. Nice clean standard sized room that actually belive was one of the hotels smallest. To get into the old town you must walk about 10 minutes following the river through the idyllic "Kronvalda Parks". Nice comfortable 4* I think? About a mile from the old town, next to a park so quite good suroundings.. Booked on the net, and when I got there they cheekily charged me £15 a night for parking, which I thought was a rip off However the hotel was about £50 a night so not a bad deal overall. more
