We stayed at the Europa Royale 14th to the 20th January. We had a wonderful room and fantastic service from the personnel at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The architecture, location, cleanliness and above all the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much to ask. This was my fifth... More

We recently stayed at the Europa Royale Riga and had a wonderful room which was more like a suite, a really comfortable bed, a fantastic, varied breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. I couldn't fault it for the price we paid, to be honest. The hotel also has a very interesting history, being the home of Riga's unofficial "First Lady", Emilija... More

We had a nice room in this hotel but it would have been problematic for a handicapped person. Getting to the room required negotiating a small set of stairs even if you took the elevator to the floor. The room was clean and relatively spacious. The buffet breakfast was good and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The... More

For frequent travelers it is important for the hotel not only to fulfill business retirements, but to offer also some additional features like gym, or pool. This one is missing those facilities. Also the room was the darkest I have ever experienced. Small window located behind the corner plus mid December made me keep the lights on all the time.... More

Very good hotel for business and rest. 5-7 min walk from the old town, 10 min from coach station. Lots of restaurants, activities and landmarks around. Polite and friendly staff, very good breakfast. Enjoyed every moment.

I stayed twice in August. The first room on the fourth floor was characterful with lovely beams, clean and reasonably spacious. The second room was in the modern wing was functional but not as interesting. The Breakfast buffet was outstanding, fresh and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed dinner on the terrace. but what impressed me most was the helpful staff,... More

Centrally located, good choice for those who like old-fashioned accomodation. Room was clean and convenient. Good selection at breakfast table. Walking distance to the old town, several shopping centers, opera theater. Definetely would stay there again.

We loved this hotel not only for its location ,but for the history that surrounds it. The hotel staff were kind enough to give us a printed brochure on the Benjamin Family before the Russian occupation. Well worth the read. Hence the name of the lovely restaurant, you could say just verging on 5 star, down to the white glove... More

This historical venue is pushing a five star! Our rooms made us feel like 'royal' visitors. From the front desk to the breakfast room, service was exceptional. Our tour stayed for three nights and everything was like clock-work. For a tourist, the location is within easy walking distance of all your needs; ATM just down the street. Hope you can... More
