Stayed at this hotel few days during a family visit. The hotel is in a great position just out of the old town by a pretty park. Décor is quite dated and simply not to my taste maybe, but the rooms were clean and functional with aircon and wifi. Breakfast was sufficient and served in the restaurant with parquet flooring... We stayed in July and really enjoyed our stay. The public rooms are all furnished to a high standard with original furnishings and paintings. The reception staff were very helpful in providing us with directions and advice. The room size and bathroom were excellent. Our room was in the extension of the hotel and the view was very dissapointing as... More

This massive building was once a palace. It has about six floors with an exceptional winding staircase where you can stand on the top floor and look straight down to the first floor. My room was very large, neat and clean. The tub had a European shower, the sink was large but didn't have much space for toiletries. There was... More

Nice imposing old masion turned into a comfortable hotel. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast with enough choice. The location, by Vermanes Park is fine for walking itineraries of the old Town or the iconic buildings of the Art Noveau District, as well as to a bit of relax at the park in front, or further down, by the... But unfortunately staying in the 4th floor and not having proper windows in my room do I have to rate it greater than 1? I hate getting in the process of going and asking to change the room after checking in.

Not your "cookie cutter" hotel. After visiting many castles on my Baltic tour, it was fun to finally stay in one. The dining/bar area is especially beautiful. My room in the new part of the hotel was spacious and comfortable. Our group enjoyed a picnic lunch - everyone contributed foods bought in the Central Market - on the veranda. Across... More

….at the edge of old town, facing beautiful Vermanes Park. Imposing building. Wide bedrooms and bathrooms. So-so the breakfast. Very helpful the reception staff (mainly the charming Elina). Good value for money.

Beautiful historic hotel with friendly staff that's in the middle of everything. We were able to park our rented car in the garden for a very reasonable price (less than commercial rates in even cheap public car parks).

The Europa Royale Hotel looks exactly like it does on their pictures: there was no attempt to make it look better. A beautiful mansion, with high ornamented ceilings, broad wooden stairs. The room was large in the newly renovated part of the hotel. Good breakfast, with eye for detail, like fresh herbs (and fresh flowers on the table). Quiet, and... More
