It might have been bad luck in getting a room that faced the road but it was generally too noisy to open our windows and at the height of summer this meant putting up with a room that was too hot and without air conditioning. Breakfast was substantial but nothing really tasted of much and the coffee was weak. Staff... More

The Irina is inexpensive, right opposite the main train station and just a few minutes walk from the central square, stay here if you're a poor navigator and won't be spending much time in your room. I'd usually leave a longer review but honestly, apart from it's location and small rooms, this hotel made practically no impression on me...oh, the... More

Great value for money you pay. Price was really good. Location and the price are the main argument to stay in this hotel. The choice of breakfast exceeded expectations. Staff in recepion spoke good english. Clean.

Welcome to the Soviet times, comrades! Here you will find everything you would expect from a hotel back then: army or hospital type metal bunk beds in the room, stains on the curtains, bed cover and even lamp, roses painted on the corridor windows, and the most kitschy breakfast hall in the universe. Carpet is one big stain and it’s... More

red reviews from TA before, wanted to check out. Price was really good. Room at the third floor was OK. The only downside was noise from the street. Seems that the windows have only double classes and quite a lot noise comes from the street outside. Breakfast was at buffee table, good choice and plenty of space. restaurant is a... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on the 29th October with my wife. The hotel is in a good location for the No. 22 airport bus, the train station plus is only a 5 minutes walk from the old town. The hotel is what you would expect from budget accommodation in that it was very basic but essentially... More

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Irina. I traveled with 7 other men, for a lads holiday. If it is just a base to get ready for a day/night out, then it is fine, close to the center (about 10mins walk), But would not recommend if your looking for a quiet holiday, as sleeping is... More

This hotel had the worst bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. I asked for another room and was told that all the beds were the same. Picture sleeping on a heap of Coca Cola cans and you will understand. Also, the food for breakfast was, well, weird. The reception person did not seem to understand what a... More
