This was my second stay so you might guess that it is good place and definitely a good value for money given the convenient location. I liked the good sized room with its characterful en-suite bath room, and the plentiful Latvian breakfast. I also have to say that the friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff need a special mention.

The courtyard leading to the hotel is very nice, but the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I lost all excitement somewhat because it looked sort of dingy (not dirty but dark and perhaps a little rustic). Please don't let that first impression fool you however. This is a decent place and definitely a good value for money given... More

I was in this Hotel with my wife only one day. We had got very nice impressions! Our room was on the 4th floor, it was very nice and quiet. You can book room with pets. The meal at breakfast was excellent! The hotel gives the impression of home comfort. But in this hotel the elevator is bad and slow... More

The standard room was massive, separate bedroom and dressing area, with a large bathroom. Plenty of plug sockets in all the right places made a nice change. All very clean and the room was cleaned to a high standard daily. We were on the 6th floor so had to climb two short flights of stairs from the 5th but this was... More

First stopped here in early 2000s, been back many times since but not for a while. Latest visit was June 2015, the place remains as good as ever. can't speak highly enough of this hotel and their wonderful staff. The first room I stayed in had a skylight high in the ceiling, but no windows. It was a little like a prison cell. I was then moved to a perfectly adequate room. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Riga is firmly on the tourist map and this was reflected in the price. The hotel is about... More

Breakfast was nothing phenomenal when you compare it to the many options you have nearby (Double Coffee & Seouls near Gallerie Mall). The staff was average at best; they continued to treat my friend who arrived after me like a prostitute. This seriously made me question the kind of customers they get on a nightly basis. If your looking for... More

We booked this hotel as part of a wedding party. While the location was great and the hotel had some nice decor - all 5 in our party (5 separate rooms) ALL got bug bites in the night! None of us had a restful sleep as a result, which is the main point of a hotel stay. My partner &... More

Dear guest! We are really sorry for so unpleasant stay, no doubt about it! It was really first time for this kind of problem, about this kind of things people do not keep silent, guests who stayed before and after did not complaine, maybe there were some small mosquito from open window, but we are very sorry, reception is working... I highly recommend this nice hotel! The room was spacious, localisation and staff good. The old Art Deco style house and interior is an extra plus. The only minuses was that it was not possible to get coffee during mid-Sunday and that there could be more light in the rooms.
