After a long day on the road , it was a little slice of heaven to check into this charming little hotel in Riga, the reception staff were very helpful with the question we had. The room was a little small, but it was clean and very comfortable, the bath room was large and the water pressure was a treat... More

I stayed there for 10 days with my family. The hotel was clean and quiet, with friendly staff, a mini-bar, and good breakfasts (they are included). There were hot dishes, porridge, vegetables, tea, coffee, and everything to make a sandwich. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar on the first floor. It's located a little bit far from... More

I stayed here with a group and there is obviously a lot of variation in rooms - some people loved theirs, I thought mine was drab and depressing, although big. Overall it was ok, a bit of a hike into town but it gave us a good chance to practice spotting art nouveau buildings. Didn't seem to be a huge... More

Made the reservation through email and already felt the proffessional level of service. We got a room on the forth floor, facing the main street, however, when we closed the windows during the night we didnt hear any noise and got amazing sleep. The bed is super comfy. the whole room was quite spacious and we had a closet where... More

Good: 1) Location - walking distance to city, sightseeings, shops etc 2) clean and spacious rooms 3) helpful staff (most of them) Little set-backs we had: 1) after the confirmation from the hotel, I asked about the pool and sauna that is advertised in the homepage (and booking) - unfortunately it is closed down for summer... a shame, I was... This is a 3-star hotel, but I've been in 4-stars of similar quality. Having said that, fancy bars, gyms, spas, and other amenities are not my thing. This place does have a lobby bar that looks nice and bright - the lobby is actually a courtyard, roofed with glass so it's open to the sky - and a sauna, which... More

My wife and I have stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Other than a few minor things like thin walls, expensive mineral water and a wall view from the window it was very nice and definitely worth the money. Good breakfast, nice restaurant. A decent Internet connection and location in the "quiet centre" of Riga makes it ideal for... More

I really didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel, which, in fact, seems to be two hotels joined together. Our room was large, dark, unusually shaped and looked into another wall. I really couldn't understand why we had a kitchen with no equipment - weird. We had to take the elevator down to the Lobby then cross the Lobby to... More

I spent 3 nights in City Hotel Teater last week and I really can say it was place worth to visit! Price and location near old town were in my check list to pick this Hotel at first place, but it really did surprice me positively! Room and hotel was clean and peacefull. I enjoyed breakfast in sky-restaurant and it... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I think that the location was very comfortable (we walked on foot to the old town) and I liked price-comfort relation (although there was no free mineral water in the room and we heard every flushing water in other bathroom - it was quite loud). The staff was friendly and the... More
