I stayed 4 nights at this very small hotel, it located on a big flowers and fruits market, if you liked flowers or ate various fruits, it would be very nice here. My wife went out or came back hotel must get some photo from flower stalls. Walked 3-5 minutes to train station and 6-8 minutes to long-distance bus station,... More

Some friends of mine had looked at reviews before going, after the stag had booked the hotel for us. They said that they had read the hotel was flea riden, dirty and cold. But we found it clean although a bit basic. Plus know signs of fleas and was so warm we had to open the window a bit, bearing... More

Even though the location and price are good, everything else is aweful. Everything was very dirty, old linens with holes in them, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no soap, no hairdryer, very cold floor in the bathroom, stinky, the sink was about to fall off and ON TOP OF IT ALL there were FLEAS.

I stayed hear this month, The rooms were clean, good size, but very cold. The staff were helpful, and free wifi was included, There was a decent restaurant/bar under the hotel, which was very cheap, and was a good place to have a few beers at the start of the night, before heading to the old town which is more... Clean rooms with good showers (pressure and heat) but located just off the central market. The location is good during the day as you can pick up fresh cheap fruit but when the market shuts down the area does take on a completely different feel....and not a good feeling. The bus station is a five minute walk making it good... More

Very nice hostel. Located in Riga's market just 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The old town about 10-15 minutes on foot. Despite the location, the evening is very quiet. Very friendly staff. On the ground floor restaurant. The food is delicious and cheap. Excellent breakfast. Non rustic but clean and spacious. Recommended for a brief trip to Riga... More
