We went to Liepaja when the Baltic Beach festival was on. There were very few hotels avaiable when we tried to book so ended up having to pay for a business room in the Hotel Liva. Unfortunatley they took advantage of the high demand for hotels by charging 50% extra than the prices advertised on the "Room Rates" sign in... more
