This was at least my fifth time in Nordic Hotel Forum, second time this year alone. I keep coming back because the value for money is outstanding. Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice spa and clean and comfortable rooms. What more could you ask for? This time I stayed with three of my friends as we celebrated my 30th... We had a great one week stay here. The breakfast service was vast and delicious - something to satisfy every desire. The exceptional front desk staff rescued the entire trip by sending our valuables (left in the room safe) back to us stateside via FedEx. Can't say how grateful we were!! The rooms are so comfortable and we enjoyed the... More

Stayed there for a weekend trip to Tallinn. Great location 5 min walk from the old town. The room was clean and looked new. Large room with view of the main street which was proper sound insulated due to traffic 24H. Not possible to lower the temperature inside the room - to get a good sleep when rooom is 22-23... More

A fairly last minute decision saw us taken trip to Tallinn. After the usual trawl of hotel and review websites I settled on the Nordic Forum as a good compromise on value versus benefits. We were travelling with my 4 year old son and we wanted a room / suite with a separate area for him to sleep and the... More

Room was a bit untidy but mostly what bothered was a really poor service at the lobbybar. The lady in the bar seems to be working in a very wrong branch. Also breakfast was a chaos. Dirty tables, empty bowls, lots of people but no staff.

I was recommended to stay here as it is my first visit to Tallinn. Lovely hotel. Nice big rooms with everything you need. Staff very helpful. Breakfast is a huge choice. Located 5 mins walk to Old Town and across the street from huge mall! Supermarket next door for any supplies you want. Will stay here again

The hotel is comfortable and well run. Very stylish and I would say it lived up to its four stars. The staff with just one exception were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Yes it can as others have commented get quite busy but then it's to be expected at certain times. It's open 7am till 10am... More

Smart and clean hotel. Breakfast is a bit of a cattle market with seating limited and the self service area crowded, unsurprisingly it took 3 attempts to get an average coffee with no milk (jug was present just empty). The carpet is.... Interesting just pack your headache tablets. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are ruddy enormous. The air... More

Dear Guest Judimaxx, Thank you for taking your time to review your recent stay with us. I’m naturally disappointed that you felt our service was inconsistent. I’ve discussed your notes with my team and I promise that we’ll meet your expectations during your next trip. We did maintenance works in our Leisure Center in February so there should be no... Hotel is close to old town, modern and well done. Very nice lobby with fireplace! Very good breakfast, but there is so hard to find free and clean table. Not enough space and staff. The room is spacious an clean, bed-soft , but very narrow. I would like to sleep in bigger.

On the plus side. The location, superb, well connected to shopping, old town and well served with trams, and taxis. The foyer is open and spacious. The room (6th floor street facing) was clean and spacious with the accessories you'd expect in room for comfort. The sleep comfort we found to be very good, with an added 5cm memory foam... More
