I chose this hotel as it was inexpensive and in Tallinn's historic Old Town and it has been a wonderful place to stay during my time in Tallinn. The location is perfect, the building must be several hundred years old but it's modern and clean, and the room is excellent and includes free wifi and a very good breakfast. The... more

The hotel is very centrally located in the old town. Service was ok but not friendly. The main problem were the walls between the rooms. We could hear everything from the rooms next to us - even the breathing of people sleeping when they were not even snoring. It semed like there was absolutely no insulation. Sleeping was difficult as... more

The staff was fantastic, immediately responsive to our requests and very friendly. The room was charmingly decorated and very clean. Overall it is a sweet and romantic place to stay for a couple, but I think also comfortable for families. We also loved the great selection of foods for breakfast. more

Hotel St. Olav has a great location: it's located in the medieval part of Tallinn, close to Raekoja Plats and Toompea. The walk from passenger harbour to the hotel takes only 20 - 30 minutes, if you walk slowly. The building is very beautiful, nicely renovated. Breakfast was somewhat good, and it was included in the room price. Staff at... more

I could hear through the wall to the room on one side, but otherwise it was the perfect place to relax. Great breakfast spread in beautiful dining rooms. more

Excellent location just two blocks away from the main square in Old Town, but still in a quiet street. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite so cannot really speak for the standard rooms, but our suite was very spacious and clean, and even had its own private sauna. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The... more

The location of St Olav's is perfect, on a quieter street of Old Town yet only a couple of steps away from everything. Standard room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ok (not amazing but not bad either). We booked the day before and got a good room rate (compared to rates given on the hotel website we paid about 30... more

First of all, the location of St Olav is great. It's in the middle of Old Town with a minute or two to Town Hall Square. This in combination with a decent price, is a good reason to stay here. However, we experienced that the walls of our room were extremely thin. Sound traveled very easily between the rooms. Moreover,... more

We don't have many bad things to say about St Olav Hotel. In fact when I think it trough, the only thing is the thin walls. And even that didn't bother us because we got an attic room (in the top floor) and the last room in the hall so we had only one neighbour. Oh yes, and they didn't... more

I''ve passed in Tallinn last week-end - 3 days and 2 nights. A very cosy hotel, that feels like home after the long walking by the Old and new town =) If you don't have great expectations about the service (it rates just 3 stars) and if you need just a clean bedroom with the TV, shower and good breakfast,... more
