The pros: - location is fine, just a few minutes walk from the old town - nice staff in the lobby bar - breakfast was ok - price was ok The cons: - small room - quite used furniture - long black hair on my pillow - basic equipment in room - windows can't be opened

I wish they had windows that were possible to open for a little fresh air. The A/C was not good enough. We upgraded our standard room to a superior room when we checked in, and our travelcompanions told us that their standard was exactly the same size and features. What makes a room superior? It was on the 9th out... More

Dear Egil, Thank you for your kind words towards our staff. We do our best. Just to clarify the standard and superior room difference, it is 5,5 square-meters bigger and it also has coffee-tea facilities. Christmas Greetings! Siim Ojaver FOM Tallink City Hotel More

For me Tallink represents a brand with good premises (ferries, hotels, cabs,...) with low-cost carrier thinking. Tallink City was no exception. Public areas were fine (with even live piano music at the lobby bar!), the room was typical clean 3-star room with cheap furniture and fixed hair/body shampoo in the bathroom. Hotel staff was reduced to minimum level but everything... More

Tjis hotel is very hard to review. It's not a favourite but there's really nothing wrong either. It's located nicely in the centre of Tallinn and the rooms are ok. WiFi works well. The breakfast is crazy because the hotel is so big - many guests, much hassle. Not really my favourite type of breakfast either. Tallinn has so many... More

The hotel is nicely located on the center of Tallin, near hotel are located shopping center, restaurants, shops and within 5 min walk is reachable Old Town. The hotel inside/outside look mod and elegant, but the standard double room is too small enough, practically no space for moving. TV has around 20 channels only. On the bathroom there is no... More

The hotel is a good option if you look at the location - central part of the city with great access to almost anywhere you might need to get to. However, the impression is way, way too negative. I can deal with the size of the standard room (although you got to admit that it is really tiny). Beds are... More

Nothing special in this hotel but it was adequate. Quite crowded breakfast. Deluxe room was not very special only bigger. Personnel was a bit rude but young guy at luggage room was nice. This was ok hotel if you just need a place to sleep near the city.

Good location, easy to reach from ferry terminal and close to old town. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast very good. Also has lots of extra facilities such as spa, nightclub, piano bar.

This hotel I do not have to visit again. I stayed for two nights. The man checking me in was grumpy, the room was not wery clean and nobody cleaned my room during the stay. When I came back to the room in the night I had to go out and ask for towels. The breakfast was a big mess... More
