Since I had to give a training in that hotel I decided to stay there. Booking it from a prominent web-site I checked the rates, the ratings, the description and the photos. Well, it seemed as if the price-value-relation were okay, but no one mentioned with a single word that you could hear everything thru the thin walls. And no... More

The hotel looks like a prison and the lady at the reception acts as the warden. Tiny slow elevator. Dirty room with stains on the matrass and curtains. Incredibily noisy. Drunk youngsters returning at 4am, constantly barking dogs, garbage collection at 6 am and a railroad at 100 yards from the window. Positive point was that we only had to... More

Stayed there for 1 night. Maybe because the room was "economy" class, it was really poor - the furniture was terrible, room not clean, not the bed mattress (if you can call it like this) was just awful! It was winter, but the room was really cold. After a while I found out that the heater was turned off. I... More

Stayed here for a few nights on a business trip. Rooms we were given were of a 2 bedroom 'apartment' type- harking back t the days when the hotel was built as an accommodation block for workers working on the Olympics buildings. Firstly, if you are there in the summer, ask for a room at the back- there is no... More

Yes, hotel is quite cheap, so saves a few cents.Staff is very unpleasant, and VERY unfriendly. I stayed for 2 months on business trip, and because I stayed longer, staff had special instrucitions to clean the room only 3 times per week (which turned out to be 2 in some cases...I got tired of asking for the lady to come... Of course none of the hotels want to deal with "business" girls - no wonder they did not want you or your "partner" in hotel! Find another place for "business"! Its a fair hotel for a fair price - that dont mean you and your kind can take advantage of it! Going back there in a week and write another... More

I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Hotell Dzingel. There is an old saying that you get what you pay for! Well, with this hotel you get more! I paid less than £16gbp per night for B&B. My room was very good. Light & clean with en-suite toilet & shower. Satellite tv with almost 100 channels. Free use... More

The staff were totally NOT friendly and were acting like they hated every client that walked through the main entrance. The bathroom door in our room didn't have any kind of lock and it was totally uncomfortable for me as I was travelling with my work-mate. Once we asked the girls at the reception to call us a taxi,to which they... More

This place is one of the biggest disappointments I've had whilst travelling, and unfortunately it spoiled my time in Tallinn, which is truly a beautiful town. Firstly, its location is not ideal. I didn't think I'd find it as frustrating as I did, but it really is a pain to have to catch the bus in and out, especially because... More
