PERFECT(!) location, nice and clean rooms, nice hotel areas, polite and helpfull staff. The breakfast was not bad, but boring. Some booking sites says it is 5-star hotel, but it is 4-stars. The sauna and jacuzzi area is only open for rental, 35 euros/hour, which it was not worth as both jacuzzi and sauna was quite small (fit for 3-4... More

Good hotel, great breakfast and near all we need: pubs, shops and Toompea. The room was good. We ate dinner at Pub Imperial and that was good too. The breakfast room was very fine. The breakfast was best I have never got in Tallinn. Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta hieman apaattista mutta muuten ei mitään moittimista. Erittäin hyvä aamupala, paras... More

Good location in old town, close to some good restaurants and pubs. Rooms are rather small but clean and you can find all you need for a few night stay. Breakfast was kind of home made style, good tastes and enoug variety. Staff was polite, not really too helpful and smily, but everything got solved well.Pretty basic hotel service, could... More

After reserving a room for three adults, stating we would receive a double bed and a twin bed. We got to our dark old room with a double bed, and the smallest most terrible rollaway bed I have ever seen. My mother and sister have bad backs and cannot sleep on beds like this. We tried to fix the problem... More

We stayed in this hotel for four nights over the new year. Staff were so friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was also clean and warm. The hotel is in quite a historic building, being a former convent, and you can see lots of the original features preserved. It... More

Stayed one night in October. The hotel was built into the old town walls, and the foyer and restaurant/breakfast room had a medieval feel to them. The room however was modern and nicely decorated. Free wi if was available. Breakfast was good

I absolutely loved the charm of the hotel. Great room, extremely clean, and has lots of old town character. The location was ideal! Located inside old town, walking distance from everything. Loved the bakery across the cobble street. Great experience!

I loved this place. It couldn't be better located as a base to explore the Old Town and is also really close to the railway station for day trip to beautiful Tartu. Rooms very comfortable if a bit stuffy. It seems the whole of Estonia puts the heating on in September although it was 20 degrees! Windows open though Lovely... More

Positives On arriving it is hard not be charmed by the hotel on the outside and the inside. The rooms are also very charming. The location is fantastic in terms of getting around being just at the bottom of the hill in the Old Town close to stores, the train station and restaurant. The beds are very comfy. The staff...
