This was a great random find. Got info sent to me as I was arriving late. Communication was clear and the instructions were easy to follow. Room was nicely appointed and really quiet. Maria was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Tallinn.

we would travel to Tallinn an booked this accommodation. It was all before corona crisis, when we knew we couldn't travel to Tallinn they were very kind and flexible to find a solution and change the reservation. But in the end we couldn't travel to Tallinn at all and we got our money back from expedia. I would like to hotel and wish them like many other hotels in the world luck in corona times...

The only good thing about this option was the location. I made my reservation based on relatively good reviews, but unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite. You can't expect first-class cuisine and modern rooms from three stars, but you can allways strive for attitude and customer service. Unfortunately, also these factors were absent - I met indifference and wrong promises. As I went for a business trip, then it was important for me to receive proof of expenditures. Unfortunately, I did not get them. Nor did I understand why customers have to pay for the services if it was not possible to issue the appropriate documentation in return !?

This was my second time at this hotel and again , I left with a great smile on my face . The location is super , close to everything but still quiet and peaceful . The rooms are big and nicely decorated and the bed is really comfy . An extra plus for all the small amenities , which nowadays are a rarity at hotels in this price range . Reception staff was helpful and friendly . The only negative thing was, that the bread at the breakfast was a bit boring . Otherwise the breakfast selection was good . Will definitely return !

Stayed here 4 nights and like the hotel very much. All the amenities mentioned on the website are present. Some rooms are on the second floor with no elevator but steps are easy. Location is good, allowing easy access to all areas. Staff are helpful. Would readily stay there again.

The hotel itself is very nice and quaint. Finding the room (number 37) included walking down a couple of hallways where the decor was the bare brickwall. Nothing badlooking and we thought it added to the old style of the hotel itself. The room and bathroom was very clean and all was pretty good. Only little not positive things were that the rolldown curtain was broken and since we were on the 3rd floor under the roof, the walls were aligned with the roof. Breakfast was very good - lots of different things. We especially enjoyed that the coffeemaker was 1st class (jura coffeemaker) so we liked that a lot. Location was 3 minutes walk from the old town and where all the restaurants and touristshops were. We would defiintely recommend this hotel - and the price was also very reasonable.…

Stayed for 3 nights in double room. We had requested lower floor as there is no lift. However this is a very old hotel which meant that our room was very low & had a very small long, narrow window which was made of stained glass. Lovely to look at but little or no natural light - just be aware if you ask for a lower floor. The bathroom was very small and the shower was old but very powerful. The hotel itself is quite lovely - very olde worldly with old fashioned furniture, rugs etc. It suited us, but not if you are looking for a spa hotel :) On the first day unfortunately we had to request fresh toiletries as the used ones had not been replaced and on the second day, our toilet roll was not replaced - this is basic housekeeping so does not give a great impression. The breakfast was fine - cereals, eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Some fresh fruit but not a lot of variety. In a country well known for it's wwild fruit , some berries might have been a nice addition. The staff were young & very pleasant. Hotel location is also excellent - same street as Varu Gates and very close to Old Town. On Uus street, you actually look onto the city walls. The hotel was also very quiet and we slept well. The only issues we had was the lack of basic housekeeping and lack of light in the room but we would most probably stay there again if returning to Tallinn.…

In years of hotel stays, frequently, I’ve rarely experienced such an awful effort to put us in a miserable room on a third floor (no elevator) with management knowing the room had no water! We finally got a refund and left for a vastly better place at the same price. Even if the plumbing had worked, the room was miserable. There was no assurance that the water would have been restored (it was 5 pm) and they told us we’d have to pay extra for bottled water!!! Stay away...
