We travelled by our own car. The hotel was easy to find by car and it was easy and safe to park car for night to hotel's closed parking area. It cost only 2 euros per night. They had some problems with WI-FI during our stay. It didn't work at all. The room looks old, it would have needed some... More

Been to this hotel 13-14th of July, 2013. Hotel is not in the center of Tallinn, but it's easy to reach center by public transport, bus stop is near hotel. Beach is close to the hotel but sea is full of mud and not deep, because it is bay not open sea. Rooms are basic, with shower and WC. Free... More

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights. We initially choose it for the price, but we were not disappointed. It was basic, but clean and the staff were very helpful. It is about 20 mins from the city centre by bus, but the bus stop is just outside the hotel. There is a beach 500 yards away that... More

Have just returned from a short break in Tallinn. This hotel is what it is. It is a basic 2 star hotel. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. We only had one evening meal at the hotel, this was on our first evening as we were tired after travelling, but although there was nothing wrong with the meal,... More

I'm told this place is a converted Soviet apartment block. We stayed here about a week and it was fine but very rough around the edges. The restaurant is for lovers of Soviet era kitsch: It's quite bizarre, but meals are OK and very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean enough but pretty scabby, one massive plus was that smoking in... Nice location near the beach, very good transport to the downtown (ca. 20 min), helpful staff, however the rooms, although clean, are quite old-fashioned (Soviet style) and the building requires some renovation. Anyway, a good option for budget travelers.

If you want a low priced place to stay in Tallinn, this miight be the place for you. It is basically clean, but very dated. Front desk staff is friendly, but the kitchen staff does not smile. Breakfast is actually pretty good, but take a pass on dinner. Hotel Stroomi is about 15 minutes from downtown, but luckily the taxis... More

Stayed at the hotel Stroomi 2 nights, had chosen because of low price and proximity to the Baltic Sea. This hotel is comfortable but shabby: furniture, rugs, apparently preserved from the communism times. 24 hours noise from the street. Rooms and bathrooms are quite large. The double rooms are furnished with two single beds doubled together. Water after having shower... More

Rooms are good, clean - bathroom was ok. Breakfast was 5/10, because was small selection of warm meals, cold ones were good. Good location, not so far from city center, buss 40 and 3. Recomend the hotel for students, maby not romantic couples. All in all you get what you pay. A fair hotel, staff ok. RESUME - all was... More
