Every year we travel as a group of guys to a European football fixture. This year it was to FC Tallinn Flora. Stayed here for one night. Cheap as chips, great rooms nice and clean, friendly staff, bar downstairs and a good breakfast in the morning. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in so-called good hotels. Would... more

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights, from Thursday to Saturday. The pros: The hotel was nice and the staff at the front desk were very polite and always with a smile on their face. The room was rather spacious and clean and the bathroom had floor heating which was a nice surprise. The location, just across the street to... more

After a long trip , what a pleasure to arrive in the St. Barbara! , friendly staff clean comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. Situated slightly out of the main drag but only a short 5 minute walk away. For the price I was very impressed . more

We stayed in this hotel during our 4-days-citytrip. It is located at an excellent location, only about 300 meters from the city-centre. The street on itself, Roosikrantsi, is pretty quiet. As we stayed in a room at the front of the hotel, there was no noice at night or whatsoever. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the people at... more

having booked the hotel, I read the reviews. I know, it is a back to front way and silly. my heart sank as many wrote about the noise of the nightclub right in front of the hotel. nearly cancelled it but the manager wrote a welcome letter and promptly promised to give us the back/ quiet room. we arrived very... more

I reserved the hotel by an online website and was quoted a price of 70 Euro per night so I thought fair enough. Rooms were very basic but very very hot at night (surprising for the Baltics)! Breakfast was great with plenty on offer but the girl who was serving started clearing the breakfast away at ten minutes to ten... more

I stayed at the Scandic St. Barbara for two nights in January 2006. I stayed in one of the rooms on the ground floor at the back of the hotel so did not hear any noise from the night club or street outside at night. The bed was comfortable and the room and en-suite bathroom clean and tidy. There was... more

There's a nightclub across the street with people loudly coming and going from about 11 pm till about 7 am! So ask for a room in the back! Good location for Old Town and transportation, excellent breakfast, nice people; good, inexpensive German food in restaurant for dinner. Good lift but be prepared to climb a flight of stairs with your... more
