This hotel is 3 star and doesn't try to be anything else, the beds are comfortable & the bedding is spotless. The room & bathroom are very clean too and in November the heated bathroom floor is lovely. We stayed for 3 nights to visit the old town & to see the Christmas markets, we enjoyed our time in Tallinn... More

The hotel has excellent location just few steps away from Town hall square. Room and bathroom were basic but clean. There was a bed and sofa. The breakfast was good - I love herrings for breakfast in Baltic and Scandinavian countries. Staff seemed a little impassive with no smile. Tallinn is really MUST SEE destination, I was enthralled with the... More

If you like history and certain the old town areas of the city this is a very handy hotel, it is located just off the old square in Tallinn and everything in the old town is walking distance. The hotel itself was basic, but everything was very clean and the bathroom was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.... More

Hotel is excellent value, great central location although the area could be noisy late at night as near some of the livelier bars but for the money you pay, the central location, size of rooms and breakfast provided then it's perfect for a short stay in Tallinn.

If you are visiting Tallinn for tourism, i suggest you stay in Old town. That's the prettiest and quaint part of Tallinn whereas the rest of the city would be like any other modern town with concrete structures. Old town is a small area where every small part of it can be walked to. That means you wouldn't require any... More

Great location in Old Town Tallinn. The hotel is pretty basic. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. For the price to stay in Old Town it was a pretty good deal. Ask for a room in the back to avoid the noise from the bar below.

Booked into Old Maestro on recommendations from Trip Advisor. Room large and bathroom very good and staff very helpful and professional. Went to sleep around 11pm and opened window as there is no air conditioning and got blasted from the noise in the bar in the street below. Couldn't close the window as we needed the fresh air and the... More

Given all the warnings about noise from the street I specifically requested a room at the back. There wasn't any street noise, but there was a stomper upstairs and the thin floors made this fairly obvious. Fortunately the stomper went to bed early and didn't arise until after 7am so the problem wasn't too severe. Two adjacent single beds, mattress... More

Spent four nights here in august as a couple. Very good location. Large room, very spacious and clean. Could do with a blind or curtain on the bathroom window and tea/ coffee making facilities would have been welcome. Breakfast is adequate, something for everyone.

One can not have it all: central location usually means noisy. And this hotel is central. Location is fantastic, no doubt, for sightseeing, eating, shopping. However, if you wish a romantic getaway, better avoid centre of the city. Breakfast is reasonable and they serve it from early (early!) morning, which is suitable if you have an early plane/train/ferry to catch.... More
