Clean friendly hotel in a fantastic location. Two minutes from the City square and all of the old town within a short walk. Double glazed windows kept out noise from bars but did mean we needed a fan in the room. But as a place to stay to explore Tallinn it can't be beaten

A former bank building on the edge of the Old Town - perfectly located for exploring. Nice clean rooms - not large but big enough for two. Breakfast is okay and staff friendly. Probably not the best place for older visitors as right on top of several very noisy bars that stay open most of the night but earplugs provided.... More

Me and my partner stayed 2 days at Barons and were delighted by many things in the hotel. It is a lovely hotel in many ways with only some minor things lacking. The hotel is very close to the town hall square, but still in a somewhat quiet spot. However, there are a few bars close by that might disturb... More

We were on our way to St Petersberg from Helsinki and found this hotel to be in an excellent location in the old city of Tallin. The room was nice & breakfast was good. There was some partying outside late in the night but the earplugs that were provided worked great on the second night.

We choose this hotel because of the location. But , but those who where unlucky got a room on the street side , and i can tell you that it was very loud intil 3 too 4 in the morning. I guess it's alright if you are in for partying all night. Otherwise it is disturbing. The other features was... More

stayed with my partner for the easter weekend. This Hotel we found quiet and tasteful. The location could not have been better. We stayed on the 5th floor so no problems with any noise from outside. Our room had a jacuzzi which was brilliant after walking all over the superb old town. We used restaurants that were in our Tallin Card guide... More

Very central location in the middle of the old town surrounded by z great bars and restaurants. Our room on the top floor was silent. Rooms are old but kind of romantic and absolutely clean. Bed is very soft. "Complimentary dinner" is quite terrible. They should not offer it at all... Breakfast is ok.

Barons Hotel is located in the old town of Tallinn, which is good. Location is a 4.5 out of 5, but that's about where the positive things end. Central location means noisy neighbors and even on a wednesday night the noise from the guests of Tallinns numerous nightclubs were annoying. Yelling and screaming until 5am. The room is... murky with... More

We had reserved a triple room at the hotel, but when we arrived, they did not have one ready. So we waited some 15 minutes and got a junior suite instead. Very good and silent room, floor heating in the bathroom was a huge plus. Bathroom (shower) was really not for longer persons (not over 175cm) -> it was placed... More

Hotel Barons is a few hundred yards from the central square in the Old Town and perfectly placed for walking around the old town of Tallinn, as well as for getting to the trains, trams and buses. Very comfortable hotel - our junior suite was spacious, clean and welcoming. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, spending time... More
