Knight House is great if you want a quieter environment but does not preclude you from the entertainments of Tallinn. The staff are very friendly and for those wanting a lively evening, are very well known at the other hostels allowing you to join in the entertainments there. Although in the middle of Tallinn Old Town and convenient for all... More

This place ticked all the boxes: WiFi good, staff very helpful re places to eat and drink, and offered to make tour bookings for us. Pancakes for breakfast were very tasty! The building was clean and tidy, and I liked the fact that even a damp floor in one of the bathrooms was explained as being ongoing, which at least... More

Pros - • Safe were friendly and helpful. They let us in to the hostel well before check in as our ferry had arrived at 930am • The Wifi is really good even in the rooms downstairs • The beds were comfortable – but the pillows need replacing!! • Place was clean and tidy – they make you take your... A quirky, creative and friendly atmosphere. We had a twin room which was very spacious and nicely decorated, though next to the front door (with thin walls) which was a bit noisy at times. The breakfast was adequate with cereal, bread, jams and pancakes. Free tea's and coffee's was very nice. The kitchen is well equiped for making your own... More

Knight House was cozy and much more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel! The location was right in the old city, the pancake breakfast was tasty, and the whole atmosphere was inviting. This is not a party hostel; just know that going into it. If you are a solo traveler hoping to meet tons of other travelers and... More

I visited Tallinn in December and stayed in Knight House with friends. I would definitely recommend the hostel to other travellers. The biggest plus is the fantastic location. The hostel is within the walls of the old town, and just a short walk away from the major attractions. It's only a 20 minute walk to the harbour as well, if... More

Knight House was in a really great location, only a few minutes from the main square in Old Town and from Freedom Square. The hostel itself had a nice chill atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They also make fresh pancakes for breakfast in the morning! The facilities were freshly renovated and the WiFi was super fast.... More

Tallinn is a cross point for many Scandinavian visitor's, Traveller's usually hop on to ferries from Helsinki, to fetch Cheap Liquor and Cigarettes mainly. I found knight House 2km away from Central Bus station, But, What we mainly cared was it's close distance to main tourist attractions and being close to 20mins walking distance from the harbour, We were really... The hostel was perfect for a family trip with three teenagers; a bit hippy, "eco spirited", cosy atmosphere, in the center of the old town and with wifi connection. A very good option for people who dont require five stars service and still want to live in a tidy, cosy and beautiful hostel. One little minus for a noise at... More

The hostel has a very good location in Old Town, close to all main attractions. Large rooms. The whole hostel was very clean: the bathrooms and showers as well as the kitchen, which was also well equipped. The staff was helpful. We were really satisfied.
