I booked an economy room in a 4 stars hotel with Booking.com, but I found a store-room.( n.° 308) No closet, no place for luggage, no table, no phone to call reception, no towels, no place to put our things. luggage had to be open under the bed. Bed was apt for dolls, with invisible mattress. The bathroom had a... More

Dear Guest, I thank you very much for staying in the Meriton Old Town Garden Hotel. I am sorry to hear about your experience in the hotel and wanted to give you some clarification. The building where the hotel is situated is extremely valuble and dates many centuries ago. As it is part of Tallinn's midevil history, it is protected... More

We thought we had booked into a 4 star hotel in the Old Town of Tallinn after traveling through Europe for 5 weeks with 2 suitcases and were seeking good accommodation in a lovely city. Unfortunately we found ourselves in a hotel that would have difficulty in achieving a one star rating. The location of the hotel is ideal to... More

We booked this hotel through last minute.com and our booking clearly stated double room. On arrival at ten at night the receptionist asked us who we had booked with and then asked were we aware this was a very small room with bunk beds. When we said no she stated that this was always happening with online bookings and that... More

we expected to have nice room, good service and something extra but our disappointment was huge. First of all we booked the room in a hurry and did not check the facilities - and it was really surprising that there was bunk bed in the room! Never seen something like that expect in hostels where the prices are something different.... More

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Tallinn without the need for transport. The room was very comfortable and despite being situated in the centre of town, was very quiet. We ate at the restaurant and were delighted with our our meal. The reception staff were all very nice, polite, well informed and spoke perfect English. I was contacted after... More

The hotel seemed old and dignified even though it might be a little hard to spot. The location was excellent, just a few blocks away from the Town Hall Square. Rooms were nice, tidy and soundproofed. We were very happy with everything.

The rooms are not the newest one, but well tended and the price is fine and the personnel very friendly. The building itself is a real maze. I liked it very much. The brekfast is a little bit small, but ok. I would recommend to ahve a toaster for the bread, but everything else is fine. Will come back

I spend one expensive night in this "four" star hotel. The room 001 was big, but that was only "good" thing. I paid 230€ per night (had difficulties to find any other hotel room) and it was way too much of this hotel. After shower you have to dry bathroom floor with three towels, and it was still wet. Not... More

Awesome house, awesome Bella Garden Room. The room was quite cold. My boyfriend, who I brought here for his birthday, got a flu after spending the night here :/ Service wasn't to die for, the staff didn't make you feel very welcome, but wasn't rude. Breakfast wasn't very special, but you could find stuff to eat. Four stars anyway 'cause... More
