As average as a hotel experience can go in Tallinn. Location is great, the building is charming ofcourse, but effort has not done for service, atmosphere, breakfast, beds, bathrooms.. There's plenty of better choises around, go ahead and enjoy :-).

We had selected this hotel because of its situation in the centre of the old town and had booked rooms well in advance. On arrival it appeared we were first offered a very small room with two beds one after the other ( instead of next to each other ).When we asked for a change , we could get a... More

A lovely surprise as this was part of a package, the hotel was well appointed and comfortable. Young staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Nice linen sheets, and excellent breakfast in a very pleasant dining room. Unusually hot (27C) when we stayed, so noise from the street was a small issue with window open.

Fantastic location in the old town, very clean and a friendly staff. Good breakfast, but very small rooms with no air-conditioning (which made it almost impossible to sleep in the heat). We chose this hotel, because it said in booking.com that there is some a/c or fan in the rooms, but there wasn't! Still, I'd recommend and would go again!

We stayed 4 nights and have nothing but praise. We booked a room with entrance on the courtyard: when we opened the big, almost stable-like, wooden door, we saw winding stairs which led to our room on the first floor. The bed- and bathroom were small (only one chair), but very charming and clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful... More

Right in the middle of the old town in Tallin, a beautiful hotel in old old style. The standard rooms are very small with bunk beds wich we didnt expect but it was ok for one night, Breakfast included was really nice with both local and 'standard' dishes. Friendly and helpful staf.

Cute, small hotel, situated in so good area in Old town. But room was the smallest ever seen. No space to sit anywhere except in the bed or in the toilet bowl. No conditioning made sleeping unpossible but this hot weather isn't very often... breakfast was tasty and variety enough.

This hotel is conveniently located in the old town of Tallinn. My husband and I had booked a room with two single beds but were instead given two single rooms with a connecting door between them, so we both had our own bathroom which was quite luxurious. The rooms were nice and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms... More

Make sure you get a room on the hotel's inner yard (preferably not one of those on the ground floor) rather than on the street and you will get full value from this hotel, right in the middle of the old town. Rooms are clean and well equipped, staff welcoming and very attentive, and breakfast is ample. Cars have to... More

I booked an economy room in a 4 stars hotel with Booking.com, but I found a store-room.( n.° 308) No closet, no place for luggage, no table, no phone to call reception, no towels, no place to put our things. luggage had to be open under the bed. Bed was apt for dolls, with invisible mattress. The bathroom had a... More
