This is a vary good choice for a one or two night stand. Small comfort rooms in country style. A lot of window with the great view. Breakfast is simple but enough for us: oatmeal, boiled eggs, cheese and sausage, herring, some vegetables, coffee, tea...

Visited Estonia for a week and decided to make a detour from my prepared itenerary. Ended up in Haapsalu and the Paeva Villa. Not so easy to find, but well worth the search. Very friendly reception and a very nice single room with a marvelous view of the bay. More that worth the price.

We have stayed at the Paeva Villa several times and it has always been a nice hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and close to the centre. This time we stayed in Uncle Elmar's suite with two bedrooms, one twin and one double, and a small lounge squeezed in between the bedrooms with a sofa and TV. There is also one... More

We spent last night at Paeva Vila and it was the worst night's sleep I have had in a hotel in years. The "matress" was not more than 1" thick and had seen better days. There were many windows in the bathroom and the room itself but, only 1 piece of one opened and no ventilation or A/C!! There was... More

Station #8 on our Baltic trip. Very small room within the neighbour house, but with a nice view to the reed coast of the bay. Impressive twitter of bird life. Simple breakfast. Small clean bath. Staff friendly.

I joined motorbike trip, organized by travel agency, route Sweden-Poland-Lithuania-Latvia- Estonia-Sweden. Haapsalu is small city and just few hotels.Päeva Villa is of type “budget everything”. Room, location, parking are OK. I don't know what more should be said. I don’t think I will return to Haapsalu but if I will I would probably stay in Päeva Villa.

We stayed here in July. Just a short walk from from the village.Very friendly staff. Rooms are small but well furnished. Wi fi to each unit ,no extra charge. Haapsalu is a great Estonian village.A lovely walk around the lake or maybe sea front. An interesting village & everything in the shops ,made in Estonia. A nice little spot,if going... More

Overlooking an inlet of the sea and just a short walk from Haapsalu's episcopal castle and cathedral, this is a friendly, small hotel. Haapsalu has some superb sunsets and each night is different, birdlife abounds in the reeds and the offshore island. Small restuarant provides some very tasty and interesting meals, while portraits of former Czars look down on you... More

I stayed here while on an educational visit. Basic hotel, but very friendly, and took very good care of me. Food was very good, and while there was not a lot of English spoken, we were able to communicate about everything necessary.

We stumbled upon this, just followed the signs late in the afternoon and decided to stay. There are two parts to the hotel - the original timber three storey house plus a concrete unit block at the front, very close to the water. We stayed in the timber house - all rooms in the main house are small and we... More
