This is a simple hotel. Our room had a small patio and picture windows looking out onto the lake which was ideal as I was on a birdwatching trip. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, organising hot drinks at 5.30 am which was exceptional service. Breakfasts were varied with fresh fruit, eggs ,... More

We had a nice stay with our group. We sang outside and had a lovely night at the converence room. Food at lunch and breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. ROoms were clean and nice. Loved that i could go out on a balcony from my room!

Good location. That's all. The bath would be satisfactory in a medium camping. After a shower the room gathers humidity and you must open the window. Beside that a group of drunk German has made noise till two o'clock and the cardboard wall didn't help. In a hostel you would stay much better!

Generally quiet, helpful staff. On ground floor only ventilation is to open verandah door which is an invitation to passersby to come in as it opens directly to promenade. Breakfasts good. Note the restaurant does not serve meals to guests (only drinks) if the function room part is in use.

Lets start with a positive (the only one): Fabulous location. Overlooking the bay into the Baltic from the veranda in the room was lovely. Staff (and the Estonia people) are forthright. The room was very basic, the mattress was an inch thick and the bed was very very narrow. Basic shower and toilet. Basic fittings. No tea / coffee making... More

Our room was on the ground floor, with the balcony opening directly onto the promenade and the sea. The room was very stuffy on a hot summer night. The windows did not open and we could not have the balcony door open as anyone could walk into the room from the public promenade. During the day it required constant vigilence... More

A nice and simple hotel right by the sea. Convenient location - only 10 minutes to walk to the centre, especially nice when you take the promenade walk. We had a room on the ground floor and you can actually step down from your terrace to the sea shore (no swimming, though). The room was basic, but clean. It is... More

Promenaadi is clean and OK in general with a nice view out to the bay. One majorly disappointing thing was the breakfast, which was mainly below average (partly cold and surprisingly low quality). Not especially good value for money.

This is a quite small hotel with maybe 30-40 rooms in two floors. We stayed at the second floor, where there is a fine view from the balcony over the sea and along the promenade. The room is simple but clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is young but polite and doing their best to make you feel... More
