Upon arriving we received the key to an ordinary room although we had explicitly asked for a suitable room for a wheelchair user when making the reservation. After a trip to the reception, we got the right room. Then we noticed there were only towels for 1. Another trip downstairs. After a trip to the town center we came back to a cold room because the heating did not work, so an oil radiator was wheeled in. Several unsuccessful attempts were made to repair the TV, which also did not function well.
When taking a shower part of the water ran into the bedroom wetting the carpet, as it did not flow into the drainage system.
The ladies at the reception desk were kind though and made every effort to help.
The supervisor in the breakfast room obviously hated her job and was quite unfriendly. more
