The hotel is located just outside the old city (but Vilnius is quite little, you can go to the center on feet in no more than 15 minutes). The staff is very helpful and kind, I want to thank you especially Zivine and Alicija. The breakfast is adequate, with a wide choice of products. Not very clean, by the western... More

Four stars it says but it is far from that. More like a affordable option for group tours. Room looks ok at first but the bed wasnt very comfortable and pillows and sheets are in need of an upgrade. No tea/coffee facility in the room. Bad breakfast with poor selection and some sausage that been warm once -or more than... More

Hotel is ok for the price, but it is far from luxury hotel as advertised. Pros: -Good Location -Quiet -Friendly Staff -Price -Great Breakfast Cons: -Cold, no heating in spring season ( even it is 9 degrees at night) -Poor quality towels -No radiator in the bathroom to dry your towel... -No Robes -There was no safe in my room... Hotel is great value for money. Its about a twenty minute walk to cathedral square and downtown if you are a walking person. Hotel is also minutes away from bus stops that go everywhere. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are okay. Dont expect much service though and dont order in as they tax you like hell. The... More

Sarunas was a Lithuanian basketball player who invested his US earnings in this hotel when he returned to his home country. When the scene was dominated by the low grade former 'Intourist' hotels, the Sarunas stood out like a beacon. Service is polished and polite. The cooked breakfasts set you up for the day and the evening meals are well... More

Stayed there in November. Nice and clean and a very good bar with excellent burgers downstairs. However, the rooms didn't heat properly and it was very cold in there in the late afternoons. I was there at a conference and the large conference room was also freezingly cold on the first day. I came back home with a cold.

Not the best place i`ve stayed in Vilnius also not the worst. Price is reasonable, room size are OK, decoration of the room outdated, no coffee or tea maker. No minibar. Overall experience was OK if that`s the place you need to sleep a night not more. They have a sports bar that`s probably full on big game/event nights, also... More

The hotel is situated 10 min. walking from city center, have a great Sports Bar with excellent food and friendly staff. Sometimes they make contests and all tables are reserved but they don't have any preference for costumers that are residents so if you didn't booked even that you stay in the hotel you must go out and find where... cold room, no robes, minibar was warm. Even the coil-pipe in the bathroom was cold. Also if you are a smoker, you need to go to the main entrance, which is quite far away... But prices in the bar "stars and legends" are really low.
