I was there in October, 2014 for three nights. The location of hotel is close to the old city of Vilnius, where it is possible to see some attractions. However, hotel is old fashioned. You will find it with some mix of Soviet times hotels and some new European modifications. For example, the hotel has three floors, but it has... More

Nice hotel with a roomy lobby and respectable interior. However, the most demanding clients might wish to be prepared for certain dissonances like missing elevator or the bar terrace with mixed „plastic and rustic“. Friendly staff (mostly), sufficient breakfast, even take-away version is available for early morning rushers. One of the privileges I have liked is that it takes just... More

This is far from a 4 stars hotel. Apparently when you enter you're pleasantly surprised by the big lobby and good price/quality ratio. However let me give you a couple of specific examples that downgrade the whole establishment: 1) when I arrived lugging my big suitcase I had to go the 2nd floor for my room but just couldn't find... The hotel is located just outside the old city (but Vilnius is quite little, you can go to the center on feet in no more than 15 minutes). The staff is very helpful and kind, I want to thank you especially Zivine and Alicija. The breakfast is adequate, with a wide choice of products. Not very clean, by the western... More

Four stars it says but it is far from that. More like a affordable option for group tours. Room looks ok at first but the bed wasnt very comfortable and pillows and sheets are in need of an upgrade. No tea/coffee facility in the room. Bad breakfast with poor selection and some sausage that been warm once -or more than... More

Hotel is ok for the price, but it is far from luxury hotel as advertised. Pros: -Good Location -Quiet -Friendly Staff -Price -Great Breakfast Cons: -Cold, no heating in spring season ( even it is 9 degrees at night) -Poor quality towels -No radiator in the bathroom to dry your towel... -No Robes -There was no safe in my room... Hotel is great value for money. Its about a twenty minute walk to cathedral square and downtown if you are a walking person. Hotel is also minutes away from bus stops that go everywhere. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are okay. Dont expect much service though and dont order in as they tax you like hell. The... More

Sarunas was a Lithuanian basketball player who invested his US earnings in this hotel when he returned to his home country. When the scene was dominated by the low grade former 'Intourist' hotels, the Sarunas stood out like a beacon. Service is polished and polite. The cooked breakfasts set you up for the day and the evening meals are well... More
