Two day stay and found this hotel to be exceptional in cleanliness, room size, location and with staff efficiency to match. Meals great value, tasty food, and good wines . breakfast a bit sad for Aussie taste, it was fresh , plentiful and adequate. First baked beans in four weeks of Russia/eastern europe travel. 10 extra points for that....... though... More

Cool place to take a shower-no hot water in hotel show for our three night say in July. Room was very comfortable and location was good for transportation and visiting the old city. Staff was pleasant but not overly helpful. Caters to large to large tour groups. Restaurant was not available for ding one night due to arriving tour group.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and I got a pretty good look at what was it like. First of all I didn't like the rooms, we were three people and we got room so small that we could barely fit our stuff. The tv was from 1980 if not older, and so small there was no way... More

Very helpful staff fulfilling my requests: booked directly instead of booking.com for the same price - they matched it, printed my boarding passes, called cab, extended my room for evening check-out for a few quid without any problem and all other minor things. Free WiFi. Good restaurant. I ordered a nice steak and had it ready in less than 15... More

While there hotel was in a good location and the rooms were adequate, my problem was with the staff. Talk about ignorant and very arrogant in particular one of the barmen, tall with dark hair.... This person should not be dealing with people. We moved to the Comfort Hotel and they couldn't do enough for us. Panorama have major problem... More

Location and view, that's all this hotel has to offer. It's near the train station and around 10 min walking distance from old town. As the name states, Panorama, it has good views over the old town. The rooms need some update, they are small and basic. Some rooms have been already renewed, our friends stayed in a room better... More

The Panorama Hotel is what I would expect for 3 stars in Eastern Europe. The rooms were small,no wardrobe or tea making facilities,tv was old fashion portable with only one English speaking channel, very large windows. The beds,in our twin room, were again small and low but comfortable. The bathroom once again small and basic, shower had variable water temperature. Staff were polite and efficient more... More
