This was a long weekend stay in the city as a break from work and children. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke reasonable English. The room was comfortable with a good housekeeping service. The real bonus was the extra large windows and the view of the old town. As we had booked directly with the hotel online we... more
Short and sweet: - Helpful reception staff but obnoxious bar staff. Holes in the hotel corridor walls and plaster all over the floor. What one may have hoped was marmite, but deep down know was faeces, on the bedding in my room. Little else to say really other than in a good location for access to the Old Town (so... more
we arrived to the hotel after there was no room in other hotels. we stayed in Panorama hotel for 3 nights. for 2 nights (3 days), there were no hot water in our room. we told that to the hotel and the replay we got was: "we have nothing to do, it's a problem in the whole area". only in... more
A small group of my esteemed colleagues and I stayed at the Panorama on a brief visit to Vilnius. We were there for some serious business meetings with some of the local beverage and leisure companies, and the Panorama was well located for the town centre, and provided the perfect ambiance to wind down after some intensive negotiations. Visitors will... more
Booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the train station as we were arriving / departing Vilnius by train. Was slightly worried by the reviews on this site which I read after booking but found the hotel to be fine. Check in and check out were hassle free, and the breakfasts fairly standard for this part of the... more

However, the neighbouhood is somewhat shabby and if you walk to the old town in the evening you will have to pass through some rather dark streets, so if travelling alone I might choose another... more
Stopped here Oct 6-9 with 3 mates. We had 2 twin rooms. We paid about £50 each for the 3 nights. I can't tell you what breakfast was like as I never made it. Location is a 2 min walk to the bus/train station although that area was a bit dodgy. It was an approx 10-15 minute walk to the... more
saturday august 2006 at my arrival they checked my papers and voucher, just like it was the first time that they had prepaid hotel vouchers. then told me that they could not find the reservation, in the meantime two other new guests with internet-vouchers came standing next to me. manager came, and said that they have had internet problems, and... more
We stayed there between Monday and Friday. When we arrived, the check-in took almost 30 minutes per person. The hotel was situated quite poorly, the neigborhood was in awful condition and in the evening it seemed dangerous (so it is NOT in the old town). The website tells that the hotel is renovated, but everything in the hotel was still... more
