We spent one night at the Ratonda. The staff were helpful, rooms felt more 3 star than 4 star, but clean. There were 2 things I didn't like: we could smell cigarette smoke even though our air conditioning wasn't on (I suspect it was coming through the air ducts). The other problem was the internet.
