This hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the centre of the old town of Vilnius and not in a particularly good area. The young lady on reception is very helpful and speaks good English the rooms are dated and need modernising. Breakfast is reasonably good. The bar is very small and closes fairly early. Internet is available... More

I have staying in the Hotel in September. Five nights.... Hairs on the bed, hairs in the bathroom. Smelly sheets and very old TV that do NOT WORK. I gave 5 stamped letters to the Reception and still waiting them three months ago. Bad Experience and I do advice travelers to stay in another hotel.

The staff at the Grata has staff that are very professional and friendly. Even more important is that they speak english and are willing to help assist in making your trip and stay enjoyable. The staff was also extremely helpful in explaining the costs structure and what to expect to pay for taxi fares or bus routes. From the airport... More

With a huge bed, large pillows, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, good breakfast spread and quiet we have no complaints about our stay here. Not too far from the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the bus and train stations.

Confusing room locations. Stinky lobby/reception area: It smells like a new paint and at the same time like a smelly feet. It's really strong and very noticeable when you walk into the reception area. The room I got had a very weird angle, I feel like I'm sleeping under a staircase. They only provide a set of towel, but with... More

We did stay at this hotel for 2 nights in June 2013 and the accommodation was well taken care off. The meals were excellent and the Staff friendly. The hotel is close to the Town Centre so that is easily accessible for those wanting to shop a little.

Stayed here on a business trip this week, temp in the 90+ deg F. No air conditioning at the hotel. Survivable if you have ice for drinks. No problem first night getting 3 bar glasses full of ice from the bar/restaurant. Next night mysteriously no ice despite repeated pleas, willingness to pay! They had ice for iced tea, just not... Stayed for two nights while touring the Baltics. Nice enough hotel although the rooms are sort of all over the place. We booked a double room, then checked in but got to the room and it was a tiny twin! Went back to reception and they changed us to a much nicer double room. Spoke to a few other people... More

Walked into the old city and back from the hotel - an easy 10 minute walk. Small bedroom with one side of the bed against the wall, but comfortable and quiet. Pastries to DIE for at breakfast. Hotel is avant-garde style decor, attractive.
