Visited Vilnius in early March while snow gives way to rain. One feels immediately at home in this nicely decorated hotel with courteous staff. The restaurant room is not bursting with activity but if you like to disappear in leather sofas with a good whisky in hand, this might be the perfect place to go. A very good location in... More

I tend to prefer "chain hotels" when travelling for business as I know what to expect regarding amenities and service, but I enjoyed my stay at the Shakespeare hotel even though I would not characterise it as a hotel for business travellers. In fact, a colleague of mine didn't like it at all and said his room reminded him of... More

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your stay and observations. Please kindly note that all the rooms are unique and different, we will make sure that „Jane Austen“ is more comfortable by removing the „spiky thing“. Looking forward to welcoming you back! The Shakespeare Team More

A very interesting hotel in Vilnius with a surprising mix of English style (the whole hotel is furnished in this way), literature flavour (the rooms instead numbers have names of famous authors) and good breakfast a la carte. By the way, impressive the collection of whiskies in the bar. Not cheap...nothing is perfect!

I have just checked out of the hotel and found the rooms to be spot on, they were immaculate and very spacious. Great breakfast and a nice evening meal in the restaurant. Couldn't really find any faults with the hotel, it's situated in a nice spot within vilnius an about 15 mins from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Would... More

The hotel is located in old town Vilnius walking distance to all the major sites. The rooms are large and comfy. The hotel staff arranged breakfast to go for us as we had to catch a bus before the restaurant opened for breakfast.

This hotel is right in the old town of Vilnius, minutes away from all of the major sights. The room was very comfortable, the hotel staff was very helpful, the (included) breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vilnius!

This is a very very nice hotel. There's free parking and free wifi. The breakfast isn't buffet unfortunately, but there's lots of a la carte options. the eggs dishes are very good. The breakfast room is lovely with a fantastic light, wood and decor. The only let downs of this hotel is the room is rather small and cramped and... More

I have stayed in Shakespeare Boutique Hotel more than ten times during the last ten years (last time being today), and never was disappointed. It is located in a beautifully restored old building in a quiet part of the Old Town. The rooms are not numbered - instead they are named after famous writers. Each room has a small bookshelf... Location couldnt be better. The room was big and very cosy. The Hotel was charming and originally decorated in än 18th century palace. The breakfast was the best I have had, and the staff always so nice and service minded. A lot of cosy atmosphere.
