Worst service in Europe. Linens all frayed and hotel's excuse was that their budget did not permit upgrading until following months. Had to carry own luggage as no porters due to low pay. Crowne Plaza Vilnius was a pleasant place to stay, close to old town and business district and as I said value for money. Don’t forget to visit Horizon bar on top floor, view + food is 10 stars combination. Definitely will stay in this hotel on my next Vilnius visit. P.S. ONly if I got an excellent rate. The people working there were pleasant....the room was ok, clean and basic - some things are lets say in need of repair/replacement but nothing terrible. We stayed at this hotel as part of a hectic four day, three capital conference tour of the Baltics and this was the most disappointing of the three hotels. It may be convenient as a conference hotel as it is away from the centre of town and in a smart area but for tourists without a car, it is hopeless.... more

Do not choose this hotel if you do not have your own car, because is pretty far from the old center (the best located hotels is the Novotel, although I cannot tell about the inside).
