Aleksandra is a delightful, friendly, knowledgeable hostess who could teach many a person in far more expensive places a thing or two about service. This hostel is in an excellent location for the old town and transport links. The area has yet to have any "gentrification" money spent on it but that added to its charm and at no time... More

The hostel was close to both Old Town and the main bus station. I wasn't feeling well the day I was scheduled to leave and had to catch a night bus later that evening. They let me stay until 7pm (checkout was at 11am) for no charge in order to rest. The owner & his wife were incredibly kind. They... More

The staff was really friendly and everything was well organised, clean, confortable. A friendly environment with very supportive staff. Delicious breakfast with pancakes and home made organic jam. Very nice price for the value. Close to the city center and the railway station. I arrived late in the evening and they were waiting for me outside office hours.

Just 5 minutes from the bus and train station. On a quiet side street. Very friendly compared to other hostels in town. The kitchen is a bit small, but this just makes it cosier. Big lockers, key and lock provided. Comfortable! I would stay here again.

This hostel was absolutely amazing and made my trip to Vilnius. I was sunburned from one too many beach days before I got to Europe and with all the walking ended up getting a rash, so the friend of the hostel owner placed a sign on the window stating that she would be back in 15 minutes, and walked with... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a family-run hostel situated in a quiet street at the border of Vilnius Old Town. The hostel's owners are Aleksandr and Svetlana. We will try to do our best so that your stay in our hostel will become the most comfortable as it could be :) Our goal is to make you feeling like at home and provide you with a great social atmosphere as well as to give you an opportunity to have a good sleep after a busy day of the sightseeing in the city. We are located at the border of the Old Town, so, you can discover the Old Town on foot. A public transport's stop is in a-5-minutes walking distance from our door. The bus and railway stations can be reached less than in a 10 minutes walking. The hostel provides 17 beds and, therefore, is very homely making it easy to meet people and make friends. There is a shared kitchen for all the guests to use and to meet each other - especially during our tea/coffee evenings. Staying in our rooms you will travel through the whole Lithuania, as each room has its special name according to different Lithuanian cites: Nida, Palanga, Sventoji, Trakai, Rusne and Plunge and, of course, provide an appropriate atmosphere. ... more   less
