Been here a while ago. Nice rooms with not so good and polite service. They called us at 4 am to tell us that we have to go to bed because other guests were mad and complaining.. Exept we didn't do anything. Also, smoke alarm is really bad and it starts itself without anyone smoking in the room. Breakfast was... More

Modern hotel all rooms well appointed, went with an independent group of 23. The rooms are spacious mine, had a good view on the Danube river. Whilst rooms are very well insulated for sound, the nearby trams can be heard if the window is open. The hotel is on the outskirts of the old town with frequent tram and bus... More

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a large party and on the whole the experience was good. We arrived early and some of us had to wait over an hour for our rooms - some well past the 2 pm check-in time. We had thought that there were rooms with double beds available and when we checked,... If you're looking for some quiet hotel, with a good (cable) internet connection, then this place may be the right one for you. It looks almost luxury, for a very reasonnable price. Rooms are large enough when you're on a business trip. You may work and relax. The tram takes you anywhere in the city.

Good: very helpful and polite personnel, very clean rooms, spacious (for hotel's class), clean bathroom, nice furniture, internet in the room (cable only), WiFi in lobby and restaurant area, decent breakfast, decent restaurant for low prices, private parking for a small fee, nice location (quiet, a lot of nature, placed in a 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city Center).... Reservation via e-mail was unproblematic. The kompetent staff kept my reservation until late (arrival around 11 pm). However, the rooms were very simple, the minibar was not stocked, the TV broken, wireless internet nowhere possible (not even in the lobby). The breakfast buffet was basic but the coffee ok. The hotel is somehow remotely located (uphill from the river). But... More

Hotel was not so easy to find as well with GPS. The hotel name is not visible from target street. TV remote control at reception desk, if staff forgot to give it to you then you need to request it. Minus is empty minibar and no air conditioner in a standard rooms, only business. When you make a reservation then... More

Our large tour group stayed at the Hotel Sorea Regia for two nights mid-June. We were informed that the hotel had recently renovated, and it was only its third week of operation. The hotel is long and linear with three buildings, so it was a rather long walk from the hotel lobby to our room. Also, since its perched on... More

I stayed in Bratislava for 3 days for a conference visit. The conference was organized in this hotel so it made sense to stay there, as well. The hotel is quite a strange mix of pros and cons: + Good location with nice and quiet surrounding and close to the castle and downtown + Reasonably new and modern furniture +... More
