Great hotel for business or pleasure, great pool and sauna area(nice towels and gowns etc) the rooms where nice clean and very warm, great shower/w.c with all the little extras.

I will share your comments regarding the taxi service, with our limousine company. They do provide luxury transfer in larger cars, with all drivers speaking English, however it is unacceptable if they are not apparently aware of the best and quickest way to get you to your destination.

Excellent hotel, great location, very good services. Good size of the room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast quality excellent and very good service. Reception and porter very helpful. Bar staff not so great. Good for small business trips.

Excellent location of the hotel however this may be only the one highlight of the hotel. Rooms, facilities are standart quality. Wi-fi Internet wasnt available at the room. Only you can plug the cabel to your laptop which means you can not have wifi on your phone or ipad. I havent tried any of the restaurants. Very polite housekeeping attendants.

If you have stayed in Crowne Plazas previously, you will not be surprised by anything you find here in Bratislava. It’s a big hotel in the centre of town, renovated in the last few years, which (in November at least) seems quite empty at weekends. I've been 4 times at this hotel in the past two years (once upgraded to a suite), and I like it a lot! The rooms are luxurious, modern, and well decorated. The breakfast is great with a lot to choose from. And importantly it is a short walk from the old town! The staff is young, friendly and helpful!

Traveling to Bratislava regularly, selected Crowne Plaza for our HR meeting. Perfect receptionists, very helpful people from Events, poor lobby bar service.
The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the very city centre, saw the presidential palace right from my window.
Prehistoric era TV on the room, otherwise rooms are modern, clean, well kept.
