We stayed in this hotel for 2 days... Rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, breakfast rich and various, the first impression was perfect. The only thing that makes me doubt about suggesting it is that, in general, I noticed a poor service. The receptionist wasn't helpful when we asked about how to reach the city center (it's about 20/25 minutes... More

Stayed here as part of a group and arriving at check-in together wasn't a problem as room keys were issued immediately with documentation completed at our leisure. Rooms were ample with all the usual available facilities including excellent wi-fi. The bed and enormous pillows were comfortable while the en-suite with power shower was spotless. The dining room was particularly impressive... More

I spent only one night there. I loved it. The room was really fantastic. I liked the lobby with it's old world feel. The hotel was close to the bus station and approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the city center and 40 minutes from the castle. I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the reception desk. Overall I think it... More

Very comfortable room, clean and modern. Excellent choice at breakfast. Staff were helpful with directions. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the bus station where you can take a bus to visit Vienna and 25 minute walk to the old town. Buses that go to the new shopping centre stop outside the hotel. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

This hotel was part of a package deal and as such was good value for money. It is a long way from the old town where most of the tourist attractions are located but it is easy to get a tram or bus from close to the hotel. The room we had was at the back of the hotel and... More

Well, I am use to stay at hostels, so this was awesome. Clean rooms, very spacious spaces, fair internet connection and cool reception and restaurant. The breakfast was very good and complete. The reception staff needs to be a little friendlier, they always talked to you like you were doing something wrong. In general, a very nice stay! I slept... More

Upon arrival in bratislava, and forst impressions of the hotel from the outside, we didnt have high expectations. We were actually considering getting back on the train and going to Budapest instead. Thankfully we stuck it out and were pleasently supprised with the hotel. The interior was amazing, and staff were excellent. Wifi barely worked, but staff informed us this... More
