I wanna be brief - the rooms were dirty. We ordered some pink room with huge bath. Toilet was dirty with spider-webs, which is ok when you´re in India but not in the center of European city. White carpet was unbelievably dirty and when we came to the hotel room at night and we wanted to take bath - it... More

We were a bit afraid because a lot of bad reviews, but there is really nothing important to complain about. The staff, especially the young man, were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the privat wellness was really great (we even paid for the extra hour). We also liked our room Rich black, the glass bathroom is... More

The title summarizes it. The hotel was great some years ago and I stayed quite often there however, it has just been going from great to good, from good to bad, and from bad to worse. Last time I stayed there the rooms were dirty, not cleaned with the excuse that the "cleaning girl" was sick. Sorry... so "cleaning girls"... More

We stayed for a couple of nights and this hotel was ok but not really what we were after. We found it to be quite away from the centre and the nearest tram was quite a walk away so it left only the bus into the centre. The room we had was Simple - White, which it certainly was! We... More

This hotel is for sure not a four star with the services. Equipment of the rooms has a great philosophy, but the hotel need a better hand. Is was a good value for the money. We stay one night. Breakfast was continental, but nice. Lack of fruits, but the rest was quite OK. Nice but weird stuff ...

I chose it because of the design and photo's shown on web. It's located 10 minutes (by car) from the old city center. There's a bus stop across the road (bus # 39, ticket: 0,70 €), a taxi will cost about 7 €/ 20 € at night... The hotel is situated in a residential area on an inner courtyard from... More

Beautifully designed hotel, Friendly helpful staff, yummy breakfast, great value for money. only issue was hotel situated ten minute drive from city centre, this was not a huge issue for us theirs a bus stop right outside hotel and taxis are cheap enough.

Staff speaks bad English. Garage hard to find. We spent 20 minutes trying to find entrance to the garage as the hotel offers bad map. All rooms look nice and modern at the photographs but in reality it is basic design that anybody who looked one magazine can furnish better. You have to wait for 10 minutes until the water... More

We enjoyed a short stay at Hotel 21 just a few days ago, but I am sure we will remember it forever - partly because of the hotel and partly because it was the night after our wedding...:) We arrived to the hotel very late (at about 5:30am), but had absolutely no problem with checking in. We were recommended room... More
