I can recommend Hotel Chopin for conferences - everything was prepared as we wished, conference manager was totally kind and helpful - she did miracles in a while :)
Chopin has flexible rooms for conferences, which can modify also during the day (parallel tracks).

We stood in this hotel two nights. The room was very good for couple, but very small for four people. The property is new, very stylish. The desk staff was very helpful: when they had not found our HRS reservation (!!!), they solved the problem with the same price. The breakfast was very reach.
