Great little apartment, really good location as it is literally only around the corner from the main squares and everything is within walking distance in Bratislava anyway really but this is a good base location. The area is quiet and is close to shops such as Tesco and Lidl which is useful, as well as Mcdonalds and some other late... More

Close to the old town. The apartment was spotless and martin the owner was ready with the keys. We only stayed one night but apartment had everything we needed. The street was quiet but minutes from the old town. Basically no problems and would recommend it.

This apartment is great. Just a stones throw from the old town and near a shopping centre and Lidl. There is a 24 hr bar next door. We stayed for 1 night and Martin picked us up from the train station for a very reasonable 6 euros. Apartment was clean and spacious. Also very quiet so we got a great... More

I stayed here last week with my boyfriend, our flight was delayed which could have been a problem but the owner was happy to wait. We had a one room kitchen/bedroom with a separate shower room. It's small but perfect for 2 people to have a breakfast/lunch & have a comfortable nights sleep. Sharing the building with locals added to... More

The apartment is situated near the historical center of Bratislava, a few minutes walk from the cafes and bars. It has one large bedroom (suitable for 3 beds) and one large living room with another kink size bed, so it is a good solution for families. A small kitchen is also available, with a small refrigerator. There is no over... More

We stayed here 13th to 17th May on Heydukova. We loved it. Location is perfect for all the sites, everything in walking distance. We visited Vienna by train, which was only a 20min walk from the apartment to the station. As we stayed 4 nights the owner Martin picked us up free of charge. A very warm welcome was received... The apartment is what you typically see in movies about the cold war and the typical Soviet apartment, old, run down, not keep up or maintained. The location is far enough from the historic disrtict that walking during winter is not pleasant, and even if it were the run down neighborhood kills it anayway. The place is overpriced too, you... Heyduková the street may look a little run-down but to me that adds to the charm. The building itself is quite old, the front door is very sturdy and heavy and the security is excellent given that you need and are given no fewer than 4 keys to unlock 4 doors between the street and your apartment. It certainly isn't... More

This was pretty a much like a nice hostel in a terrible looking building. When we first arrived there we were getting worried that it was a dump.. that is the impression you will get once you walk down the road and enter the building.. however everyone was quite surprised how nice it was inside. The way the apartment is... More
