Great location, right around the corner from the main square, the old town and historical attractions! Lots of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops close by. The standards might change a little bit don't expect a full service and 4* hotel with modern and design furnitures. The rooms are furnished with only the basic equipment needed. Room and bathroom are clean.... More

A great position right on pedestrianised Michalska Street. Easy to find from taxi drop off at Michalska Tower. No frills but triple room was comfy, clean and spacious. Not a sound at night either from outside or in hotel. Our room was up many flights of stairs then a final spiral staircase so not suitable for any unfit guest! Great... More

Enjoyed my stay here and the city. The hotel is on the top two floors of the building so you do have to climb some stairs. Excellent location onto the main tourist street. The only downside is it is a bit basic and the boiler in my bathroom was partially open and I could see into it.

(+) The hotel is in the heart of Bratislava. All sightseeing places are in the walking distance. The guy at the reception was smiley and helpful. He gave a corkscrew and bathtub drain stopper. There are a few restaurant on the street where the hotel is. (-) The wifi is very slow in the room 9. Do not take this... More

I booked this hotel on mid-September through hotels.com. One day later I received an email indicating that the hotel cancelled the reservation. I sent an email to the hotel asking what happened, but it took 45 days for the hotel to answer. Obviously too late to take any action.

The hotel is located in the middle of old city. It's only 5-10 minutes by bus from train station. It's surrounded by many restaurants and bar. In the evening, you can hear classical music around. The room is big, the bathroom is clean. But it has no elevator. It's a bit difficult to carry your luggage to 4th floor using... More

We upgraded our booking to a comfort room after reading other reviews , the classic must be very basic as this was basic but ok for our stay. Standards could be improved if more attention was paid to detail eg having a shower bracket , having space to hang clothes, a plug in the washbasin, light bulbs to be replaced... More

I stayed here on two separate occasions with my Fiancé over a period of 10 day. The first room was an upgraded comfort room and was very spacious and well equipped, it was nice to see a kettle and tea making facilities. Always a nice touch to see this when you are English! The staff were always helpful throughout both... More

We booked this hotel the night before. We felt like it was a great deal after the price we paid in other cities for European hotel chains. The hotel is in an old building in the old town, so you will walk up multiple flights of stairs carrying your luggage, this might be problem for some people. The hotel only... More

I experienced a theft by an employee for which I have proof. As a result I also experienced a totally incompetent manager who provided no assistance, only defensive reasons that the theft did not happen. I don’t believe this review should go into the details, but let me know if you would care to have a copy of the police... More
