Despite some maintenance problems quickly saved by the staff & age of equipment in comparison to standard of a today 4stars . But prices are in accordance even bellow.... This hotel is very convenient. Large Superior room. Swimpool, nice restaurant on garden, other balneo services, etc.... I have like very much to come back, after 2 years -))) To all... more

Booked a double room for a business trip. Drove down from Vienna to Szombathely, and the scenery was stunning! Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly on reception and willing to give maps and directions. They also spoke very good English. The positives a) Beautifully spacious hotel b) Reasonable quality food and restaurant The negatives a) Do NOT accept a room overlooking reception. The reception lighting and exterior lights beam through the rooms all night AND typically the hotel room curtains do NOT cover the windows b) NO English news channels c) For a 4 star hotel you expect a spare... more

Bedrooms are large, clean & comfortable. Buffet breaksfast offers decent choice. Menu for evening meal provides excellent choice & food is good quality. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Bar/Restaurant staff, although efficient not particularly friendly, would like to have seen them smile occasionally! Overall, it is a Hotel I would recommend for visitors to the Szombathely area. more
