Newly refurbishedvrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast should be improved. Staff very attentive. Well situated to visit Sopron and Fertod and even Neusiedlesee. Heavy road works limited car access. What is being done will add to the rating of this hotel. What is on offer at bar is limited and closes early.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. We are happy to see that the construction work of the major upgrade of the pedestrian area in front of the hotel will be finished in two weeks. We are trying to be traditional at dining, but also bring some modernity to it. Two weeks ago we have introduced new gulcose- and lactose... More

Sopron is a very old, somewhat gritty city with some interesting history, particularly in the central parts of town. Pannonia is on a main street which is undergoing a major renovation and update which should make a lovely pedestrian area. The hotel is just across the street from entering the old central area, so the location is good. We could... More

Dear Guest, We are very delighted to read you experienced review. We are very excited, it looks like the front renovations are going to be finished in two weeks. We see you have noticed the dental practice. It is one of the most established dental practices (more than 25.000. patients) in Hungary, so we are really proud of it. We... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my son ( Mother and son). A nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were included in price. The breakfast and dinner are served in a big room. Plenty to eat and plenty of seats. Very good food. Location is easy access from train station, if you are coming by... More

I stayed one night with my teenagers, who were excited about the pool. We didn't arrive until after 8:30, as we were driving from Budapest. We found out the pool closed at 9, which is pretty early, so too late to swim! The hotel is pretty, and our room was clean and had beautiful, old fashioned furnishings and a huge... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the beds. Actually, we have four different types of beds, because some of our guests do prefer soft, while other hard mattresses. We would be happy to welcome you again, and please ask for a room with a soft mattress and we hope that will lead to a better... More

This is a really lovely hotel. We stayed 3 nights and had great service, room with a balcony at the front of the hotel, it was a really spacious room, with air-con, mini bar and, safe and was very comfortable. The swimmimg pool was a decent size (i asked and they said it was 13.5 metres) so you could do... More

We had a really nice 10 night’s stay at this hotel. Since my wife is using a wheel chair, special care is necessary, which had been my concern at the beginning. However, such concern was absolutely unnecessary and we enjoyed the stay very much: the room and the bathroom have wide space enough to move on a wheel chair, a... More

We only stayed for 1 night. People were nice, helpful, the small terrace is a nice place to sip a coffee or a beer before you are heading to the festival The rooms are bit old stylish, hard bed, but nothing to really complain about The room price a bit too high for the quality (135 usd), but I guess... We had 2 adjoining rooms in the original part of the hotel. The rooms were huge full of 19th century style furniture in very good condition. The beds were also huge and comfortable. The bathrooms were large and updated. Our teenage kids left like we had been invited to sleep at one of palaces we visited on our trip. The... More

Well in most of countrys this would not be 3 star hotel, it is pretty old style decorated, furniture problably from 70's. That's are minuses, good things are polite and good qualified persons who work there, always on service to help you with everyrhing, specially young black hair woman on reception, never seen so nice person... food is ok, location...
