Spent there one night with the group of 16 people, while having family reunion in Sopron. Rooms were furnished very simply, but were clean and tidy. Breakfast choice was quite basic, but everything was fresh and they were refilling everything very quickly. Our dogs were allowed to stay with us as well. If you don’t need luxury, choose Polus and... More

For sure this pension has seen better days. When we went there - during the 2014 VOLT festival -, the wi-fi seldom worked, the air-con didn't blow any cold air, so our room felt like a sauna. However, the receptionists are really helpful, the breakfast (an additional 1000 HUF) is edible, although undeniably basic. Good location.

The rooms are very small like 10 sqm. The beds are 70X180 cm and very old...and also not clean.. The breakfast is not edible, the jam is like the vomit...sorry but it is true.... You cannot use the towels because they are like stone... Only nice part in the accommodation that it is in castle district..

A very nice pension with a clean and tidy room and shower/toilet area. Number 7 bus from the train station gets you here. Cheap restaurant nearby. Easy walk into town. Decent buffet breakfast. Recommended.

we were there September 2011 we were desperate for somewhere to stay and found this reasonably cheap place. as it was very hot at the time we just wanted somewhere that had air conditioning we wasn't even fussed what the place looked like. we must have got one of the better rooms as i did take a peep in an... Nice little pension on the outskirts of Sopron near to the main road. We had two rooms a double and a triple to accomodate all the family. Hotels.com said that the reception closed at 2000 so we panicked a bit when we got stuck in traffic and rang up to say we wouldn't arrive until nearer 2100. Needn't have worried... More

A small hotel located in the unremarkable town near the Austrian-Hungarian border. Our room was not large nor comfortable but quite clean. There was small balcony but nothing to look at. The receptionist made us fill profiles showing relatives "to the seventh generation":-) asked for payment in advance and only after that presented us remote control to room's TV. Pretty... More
