We spent 3 days in the premium side of the hotel. We were satisfied with everything. The dinner was excellent and was served fast, the breakfast was okay. The spa was great, not crowded at all. Warm water, colt water, ice-cold water, jacuzzy, many kinds of sauna and more. Clean, modern, cozy spaces, corridors, elevators. My 4 year old son... More

I think this hotel has all the conditions to be a 4 star hotel but it's less than the classification. They have everything to be a 4 start hotel in paper but they are not. We stayed at the premium side of the hotel, which is the better part. We had a modern and clean room and we could use... More

Went to this hotel with larger family for the second year now, again after Christmas. Staff is polite, but rarely does more than the bare minimum that is expected of them. The hotel was full but luckily it didn't feel very crowded, you didn't have to wait in line for meals. The decrease in quality is easier to recognise if... More

Our family did a short Europe trip (Hungary,Croatia,Austria) in Sept 2014; Hotel Azur was among places we stayed. Indian summer at Balaton is great; calmness is an extra value of low season too. The hotel has two *wings*: *standard* and *premium*, our room was in standard and it is really standard: nothing outstanding and all things are at same place... More

We booked a Junior Suite in the Premium Wing and overall I was satisfied with the Hotel. However I know the standard double room of the Premium is very small and not really convenient even for two. I found everything clean the staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and wide variety. I haven’t been in the Wellness area but... More

I suppose my view of the hotel was coloured by the meal on the first evening. I know we arrived towards the end of the buffet, but the food was not very warm, and rather school dinner standard. They were very keen to take it away, too. The end time given isn't the last time you can start eating, its... More

We went there with a small child. The spa under 3 years was totally useless. The pool is about 1.35m deep, couldn't even hold my baby in my hand, especially when circulating was on. It was even dangerous! The pool area was full, but the pool-bar was closed. The staff -especially at the bowling bar was very unpolite. We moved... More

I have to admit that for long years Hotel Azur was my first pick whenever it was about a long weekend, a workshop or some other team building events, but I never visited it before as private guest. It is still the biggest hotel and the Nr.1. choice for conferences and corporate events. It has very well equipped conference rooms... More

We keep loving this place, mostly due to its swimming pools and the location, but it definitely needs a renovation as furnitures are getting damaged, some doors are falling off its rails, etc. Staff is still very polite and helpful, bartender ladies are great. Food is OK, waiters are polite too. Manegement should find some alternative way to identify guests... More
