Do not be concerned that this is a noisy hotel with kids running underfoot everywhere. It was calm, quiet, and would be well suited to travelers without children also. Not much of a character, but location is perfect, view is fantastic, rooms (take an apartman if you can) are comfortable and clean, staff is very polite, massage lady is nice, pool is OK.
