We found this deal with another website, and booked the hotel not knowing what to expect. When we arrived, we were shown to the Panorama, where they tried to put 4 of us in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, which to us was not acceptable, as we had paid for 4 beds.
So, after a few hours waiting at their reception, they put us in a taxi to the Helios Anna, where we were given two rooms. They were very comfortable and clean.
The hotel has spa facilities, a thermal pool and is a short (about 20 minute) walk to the town.
We had to use lots of sign language and pointing as the staff didn't speak much English. However, they were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay!
