Unfortunately we had terrible experiences, staying at this hotel: one night all inclusive (dinner, breakfast and lunch) deal from Sat-Sunday, booked directly via Hotel website. 1. The check-in time was 2PM. When we arrived around this time, we were told that lunch was over and we would not take it in the following date since the checkout time is 11AM... more

Food was awful. Spa was good. Treatments were excellent. Location was awful. Showers were awful (needed to be 10 ft tall and flooded the bathroom). Ambience was generally awful. more

Only stayed one night but lovely large room - modern with balcony. Would go back for another stay as it was difficult to get spa treatments without further notice - the beauty and therapy receptions close at 3.30 pm so unless you're checking in early you have to book them in advance! At this hotel a one week detox in May cost £530 + £37 for Ryanair roundtrip from London. At Grayshott Spa, where I used to go, an equivalent week in May costs more than £1,300 - much more than twice as much.
