Kívülről még pofás épület, de belülről nagyon retro és régi, a szobasemmi extra, nem koszos, de ez sem valami új, nem csak a welness részlegre kéne hangsúlyt fektetni, hanem a közösségi terekre is szerintem. A személyzet kedves. A reggeli nekem rettenően sós volt, páromnak rendben volt. A vacsorát nem tudtuk kipróbálni. From outside it still looks nice, but as you... More

It`s the third time that we where at this hotel and we come back each time with enthusiasm. It is a nice place for a few days of recreation. We come here usually in January. It is interesting to stay in the warm water in the outdoor pool while in the near it is a lot of snow. The wellness... More

Slightly dated hotel. Staff did not speak English but spoke German . Free entry to spa which was fab. Lots of different pools, families there all ages and sizes. Best pool was 37degrees heat. Soup buffet for lunch time great. Room lacking air conditioning so very hot!! Pillows not very good. Hotel Central to Eger. Centre like a building I... More

We stayed here for 4 nights during August. The hotel is fine, it is fairly outdated in terms of decoration and facilities. The room size is large and we were lucky to have a balcony, however because of this we did not have air con. Hungary in August is unbearable heat and I would expect all hotels 3 stars and... More

Hunguest's Flora Hotel is a good 3-star option. Best located for those looking for SPA- and medical treatments, because the hotel has its own SPA and medical department, also connected to the cities thermal bath. Rooms are really retro-style, also the public areas, but kept very clean. Beds are comfortable, which is a usual standard at Hunguest Hotels. Breakfast and... More

I was few times in this hotel because of the outdoor spa. Me and my family love the water, nice temperature, and the atmosphere of the pools. But our last visit was an absolute disappointment. The services are lately very poor, looks like they know that people are coming because of the spa. Food is not the best, in the... More

The service in this hotel was outstanding! The staff is not only helpful, but are very active and proactive in fulfilling all requirements. We spent a weekend with a big family, where 2 members are on gluten free diet. The hotel chef gave teh same varied options to choose from as for any "normal" diet. This was an unexceptional experience.... More

The hotel is a bit out-of-date but the atmosphere is tops anyway. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but only a few of them understand (or speak) english. We have enjoyed the half board stay and both breakfast and dinner buffet is very hungarian: tasty, well cooked and rich on fat. But there is always something for no-fat, low... More

Just there one night but by far the worst hotel we stayed in during out 2 week Central Europe tour. Granted this is a sleepy town with not much to do, but seems like for a relatively big place, they could do better. The breakfast buffet was pretty iffy as well. Dirty carpet and questionable cleanliness on the bed area.... More
